The Trento DOC Brut Nature cell from Cantina Sociale di Trento is characterized by its bright golden yellow and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals intense scents of yellow apple and pear compote, rounded off by a touch of almond. On the palate, the wine is elegant and delicate, spreads completely and is carried by a fresh acidity that flows into a

long finish.

The grapes for this sparkling wine, mainly Chardonnay, are carefully picked by hand and transported in small boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The harvest is deliberately carried out a little earlier in order to preserve the natural acidity and freshness of the grapes. After gentle pressing, the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The selected wines are tasted in March and selected for the cuvée, which then undergoes the second fermentation in the bottle. Brut Nature Zell matures on lees for at least 30 to 36 months before being completed through remuage and

dégorgement.
