Description

Coming from a single acre of Sylvaner planted on Huichica loam and volcanic tuff soils, the juice is cold-fermented in a combination of stainless-steel and concrete before spending 5 months aging before bottling. The resulting wine is well-balanced and filled with aromas of bergamot, jasmine, and beeswax.
