The Prosecco Rosé Brut DOC Lele from V8+ for 2024 is presented in an elegant, soft pink. The scent is a seductive mix of roses and small red fruits, accompanied by fresh, fruity notes. On the palate, this prosecco is balanced, elegant and persistent, with a fine structure and a pleasant acidity.

This sparkling wine is made from the grape varieties Glera and Pinot Nero. Glera, known for its fresh, fruity aromas and light structure, is traditionally used for prosecco and brings with it lively acidity and floral notes. Pinot Nero, on the other hand, gives the wine its delicate rosé color and brings additional depth and complexity to the taste, with notes of red berries and a touch of earthiness.

Typical of this wine and the Veneto region is its production using the Martinotti method, in which the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave. This method preserves the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
