The Tua Rita Perlato del Bosco 2023 shows a deep ruby-red color with subtle purplish hues. The wine was matured half in second- and third-use French oak barriques and half in cone-shaped oak vats, resulting in a refined interplay of oak. The nose is marked by a rich aromatic profile of wild cherries, spices, and grilled herbs, complemented by notes of tobacco, cedar, and incense that contribute complexity and depth. On the palate, it delivers structured yet purely fruity expression, supported by fine-grained tannins and a refreshing acid line, leading to a long-lasting finish. Alcohol content is 13.5 % vol. This red pairs well with grilled meats, dark poultry, or robust cheeses.
