Description
A rice blend of Gohyakumangoku and Kyo no Kagayaki, this sake is like a little trip to Japan. Its convenience store/vending machine aesthetic adds to its humble name of Bushido, a warrior code commonly adhered to by the samurai warrior class in the Edo period of Japanese history. Notes of pear, strawberry, and jasmine sit most forward on the palette, and a subtle presence of bitter watermelon rind adds a welcome bit of depth.
