The Chardonnay Donà D’Or 2018 from the Hartmann Donà winery presents itself in a radiant golden yellow. The bouquet is multi-layered, revealing aromas of Williams pear, banana, melted butter, and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is creamy and smooth, accompanied by fresh herbal notes. The harmonious balance between freshness and softness culminates in a long, mineral finish with a hint of salty lemon. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine reflects the diversity of the soils on which the vines grow: granite, porphyry, and calcareous clay. The 2018 vintage is characterized by optimal climatic conditions that led to excellent grape ripeness, giving the wine remarkable depth and complexity.
