45th Parallel’s rye whiskey has notes of toffee, spice, apple cinnamon, and browned grains—medium-weight on the palate but not nearly as piquant or grassy as other rye whiskies out there. Sourced entirely from rye grains grown on a farm eight miles down the road from New Richmond, Wisconsin, where this craft distillery is located.
