Bergmannhof, Unterrainer Strasse 46, 39057 Eppan an der Weinstraße, IT
The “Weissburgunder DOC Gaider – 2023” from Bergmannhof represents the quintessence of South Tyrolean winemaking. Made from 100% Pinot Blanc, the wine comes from the Koflerhof location in Gaid/Eppan, which is 800 meters above sea level. The soil there is clayey, with calcareous gravel and very rocky sections, which gives the grape a unique minerality and structure.
