The Veltliner IGT “Johanna” 2024 from Röck Estate originates from the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol, one of the region’s most renowned areas for precise and mineral-driven white wines. The grapes grow on steep vineyards around Villanders, at elevations of approximately 580 to 630 metres above sea level, on gravelly soils rich in quartz phyllite. The combination of altitude, mineral soils and the cool Alpine climate with strong temperature differences between day and night creates ideal conditions for aromatic, fresh and structured white wines.
