- Minimum 100-hour fermentation in stainless steel
- Twice distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills
- Aged at least 3 years in a combination of new American oak barrels and first-fill bourbon barrels; non-age statement
- Caramel and wood spice precede a palate of baked apples, vanilla bean, sultana raisins, and ripe plums with a finish rich with oak and toffee
- No added coloring
- Non-chill filtered; 40% ABV
The follow up to 2023’s new American oak-matured Batch 1 release, Batch 2 sees the addition of malt matured in first-fill bourbon casks, adding a richer oak quality to Three Societies’ vibrant Ki One spice.
