Very limited release Using their patented Takimine parallel fermentation process of koji and yeast, this 100% single malt barley whiskey is double copper pot distilled and aged for 6yrs in American White Oak casks prior to being finished for up to 16 months in special casks whose barrel heads were made with cherry blossom trees from the Shinozaki family’s own property.
