The grapes are sourced from steep, calcareous slopes cultivated biodynamically. “Hautnah” refers to a vinification process involving extended skin contact, where the grapes ferment together with their skins, imparting structure, depth, and a distinctive aromatic profile to the wine.Following fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in large acacia wood barrels, gaining additional complexity and finesse.
