Description
This wine is made from 100% Gamay, from the northern-most village of the Beaujolais. Due to its northern location, this cru ends up producing the lightest wines of the region. Vineyards with southern exposure balance out the wines elegance, giving it enough ripe fruit to be a delicious expression of Gamay. With a fresh floral nose, and light red berry fruits, this wine is soft and refreshing, with enough structure to be serious. Pair it with salmon, cut up into cubes, broiled, and tossed in your version of a classic Yum-yum sauce.
