Presents with brilliant hues of pale yellow and green. Fresh aromas of lemon, lemon custard, basil and anise are complemented by a vanillin thread, from the element of subtle new French oak. Lemon and lime citrus flavors follow with the essence of pear. The toasted oak qualities from the barrel maturation have encouraged a full rich mouthfeel, along with the subtle creaminess of the sur-lie maturation. This sauvignon blanc is crisp with rich flavor.
