Duemani’s “Si Rosé IGT BIO 2023″ is an outstanding biodynamic rosé wine that captures the essence of the Tuscan coast. Made from 100% Syrah grapes, this wine shows a brilliant pink tint in the glass. The bouquet is intense and inviting, with aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and a subtle spiciness, complemented by floral notes and a touch of tomato leaf. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a balanced acidity that highlights the fruity aromas and an elegant, long finish.

The specialty of this wine lies in the rigorous application of biodynamic methods that have been practiced since Duemani was founded in 2000. This method guarantees the purity and vitality of the soil and grapes, which is reflected in the quality of the wine. The grapes are harvested manually and fermented in cement tanks to preserve their natural aromas. The wine is then aged in amphoras, which gives it a particular complexity and finesse.
