Seelbach’s Private Reserve is a bespoke independent bottler. We’re dedicated to “unlocking craft spirits.” We embrace patience, waiting for that special whiskey to cross our path. That’s exactly what happened with this barrel-proof, ultra-aged American Light Whiskey. This American Light whiskey aged for 20 years in used bourbon barrels from J.E. Seagram’s and Four Roses. This antique oak and age allowed for complexity and depth to develop. As we began to taste through each barrel, notes of dried fruit and cigar box are what we fell in love with. This bottle remains uncut and unfinished to highlight the elegance of aged whiskey.
