The Jermann Sauvignon 2024 is a precise and pure expression of this aromatic grape variety, crafted in the renowned Venezia Giulia IGT region of Friuli. The wine is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, carefully harvested at optimal ripeness. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains on fine lees for about six months. This gentle approach preserves varietal freshness, enhances aromatic purity, and gives the Sauvignon its refined structure. In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow color with subtle green hues, reflecting its youthful vitality. The nose reveals an expressive and layered bouquet featuring characteristic notes of elderflower, citrus, yellow fruits and delicate herbal nuances. On the palate, the wine is dry, vibrant and clean, supported by fresh, harmonious acidity and a focused aromatic profile. The finish is straightforward, elegant and pleasantly long, making this Sauvignon a quintessentially Friulian white wine crafted with remarkable precision.
