The Sauvignon Riserva DOC Mathias 2023 from Pfitscher , located in the “Kathreinerfelder” vineyard in Völs am Schlern, South Tyrol, shines in a sparkling golden yellow. This exclusive white wine, which is grown at an altitude of 900 meters, impresses with its intense aroma of pineapple, papaya, gooseberry and green pepper, complemented by notes of white pepper. The combination of gray porphyry and sandy-chalky rock dust in the soil gives it a distinctive mineral note.
