Description

This single malt is aged full term in freshly toasted Fino, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. The malts are slightly peated and the marriage of the whisky and barrel regime delivers a spicy and smokey dram, highly aromatic with an extra long finish.

 

CASK: Sherry

 

NOSE: Very rich, with notes of candied fruit, nuts and honey. Very smooth, with well-coated smoky notes.

PALATE: Full bodied, with notes of candied fruit, such as Christmas pudding. Notes of coffee and perfectly controlled smoke.

FINAL: Very long and velvety notes of spice and honey.
