This is from 100% Certified Organic Barley from our farms. The whisky ages in Bourbon and Cognac Casks and is then finished in French Red Wine Casks. The Organic Collection stands out for its finesse and offers notes of sweet red berries, caramel, vanilla, buttered brioche, and sweet malt. Very well balanced exhibiting interplay with the fruity wine notes and organic malt flavours.

 

CASK: Bourbon, Cognac, Burgundy wine casks

 

NOSE: It opens with notes of vanilla and white-fleshed fruit. It then evolves with a touch of brioche.

PALATE: Unctuous and rich, the palate is marked by subtle notes of caramel and beautiful notes of red fruit.

FINAL: Long-lasting, it develops spices and cereals.
