Amber color. A nose with light hints of vanilla, ripe fruit and white chocolate. On the palate, smoothly creamy, rich and sweet, of fruit and spiciness. Rich, long finish. Matured in ex-bourbon & refill casks.

Grassy, with lemon frosting, vanilla, icing sugar, pear, and white grape on the nose. At full strength, it’s creamy with flavors of white chocolate, poached pear, and lemon curd, then rich caramel, pepper, vanilla, and ice cream cone. The finish is hot and dry, with oak spices and pepper. Water keeps it sweet and spicy, but it becomes grassier at the expense of its richness.
