Description

The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich volcanic soil at the base of The Sleeping Giant Mountain. The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum and filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji. After being held in oak barrels, the result is a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively well rounded rums from Paradise on Earth.
