Description

This wine is made of 100% Dolcetto. It is immediately friendly, with a firm body, bright fruit, and very soft tannins. We would pair it with a sausage and broccoli rabe pizza with some friends. In the glass, you’re instantly met with fine aromas of cherries, plums, and a nutty spice. The palate is full of black raspberries and blackberries, with a soft grip that make enjoying this wine easy. This Dolcetto is the only wine in the Colla’s cellar that does not see any oak, fermented entirely in stainless steel.
