It develops its uniquely spicy, fruity and powerful character on the calcareous and deep soils of the Eppan ice beech trees and on the Gandberghof at an altitude of 520 meters. The dark chocolate blends with juicy cherries and black currants, while the scent of cloves floats in the background.On the palate, the diversity of nature is revealed with nuances of juniper and aromatic laurel.
