A beautiful, extra pale color of almost white, crystalline with aromas of lemon notes, freshness and citrus fruits. A fruity and fresh mouthfeel given by grenache, opening with a nice minerality. The salty side of this wine expresses itself with great purity, straight and structured. Complements with a wide range of seafood. For cheese lovers, this wine also complements with goat cheese and old Comté. Very enjoyable with creamy and fruity dessert as well.
