Pendleton Whisky was made to honor one of the most famous and respected rodeos in the world, the Pendleton Round-Up. First held in 1910, this legendary rodeo has taken place in Northeast Oregon for over a century. Each batch of Pendleton is rested in American oak barrels before being cut to proof with pristine glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s highest peak, Mt. Hood. This time-honored process provides a consistently rich tasting whisky with an uncommonly smooth finish.
