Description
Olivier Horiot’s ‘En Valingrain’ Coteaux Champenois features a co-ferment of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes grown in Kimmeridgian and chalk soil. Produced in small batches of 336 bottles, this biodynamic (not certified) wine is aged on lees for a year, creating a unique and delicious bottling. Pair with lardon or soft cheeses or a spicy curry.
