Description
This wine is made of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Malvasia Nera, 5% Alicante. Basically a baby Brunello. More built than most Toscana rosso’s are, and will do well with a good decant. After an hour or so of decanting, the wine opens up to lush black fruit and its strong tannins are integrated nicely. It would match up well with a juicy ribeye and roasted broccolini.
