Description
This wine is made from Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, and Macabeu, from 55 year old vines grown in a single vineyard. The grapes are cofermented and vinified entirely in concrete. The lime and clay-rich soils of Coume de l’Olla bring a juicy roundness that fills the palate. Each sip is full of raspberry jam, cherry candy, mediterranean herbs, and a slight earthiness. Pair it with pintxos moruños, a traditional Moorish-Spanish grilled lamb skewer.
