Mars Shinshu’s core blended whisky, named for Japanese whisky pioneer Kiichiro Iwai (pronounced E-Y), is inspired by the great whiskeys of America but retains a distinctly Japanese finesse. This whisky is perfect for classic Japanese highballs.
