- Aged in varying sizes of used French oak casks and reduced twice with well water to reach bottling strength

- A nose of freshly cut green apple, baker’s yeast, and vanilla bean leads to a spicy palate of fresh apple skin and a lingering note of white flowers
- 45% ABV
This is a vibrant young Calvados, ideal for cocktailing or simply enjoying with tonic and a touch of sugar.
