That aroma then expandsthanks to aeration, allowing hints of cinnamon, cocoa butter, honey, marzipan, molasses,treacle and vanilla bean to come through.

Whenit hits your palate, the entry is assertive with a sweet, creamy taste that isdeliciously smooth. The flavor then evolves midpalate and becomes intenselynutty, buttery and smooth like bacon fat with the beginnings of rancio.
