This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc made by Kim Crawford. Since establishing and selling their brand, Erica and Kim Crawford began to search for more of a terroir driven approach to making wine. Loveblock Farm is perched on top of the hills overlooking Marlborough’s Awatere Valley, and enjoys a slightly cooler, delicate climate. Guided by the principles of organic winemaking, this Sauvignon Blanc is elegant and complex with notes of gooseberry, cantaloupe, and fresh lemongrass. Pair it with a couple crabcakes and crispy french fries.
