- Made from the unique sweet potato variety “Tama Akane” grown on the Kuroki estate farms. It is radiant orange in color with a high level of beta carotene, producing distinct carrot flavors.
- Aromatic with nuances of grapefruit and orange flower. Smooth and pleasant on the palate with a bittersweet complexity of light caramel and citrus.
- Mixing with water mellows the bitterness, and leaves a smooth and complex aftertaste. Mixing with hot water brings out the sweet flavors of carrot.
- Aged for 3 years in Kame (clay amphorae)
