Very aromatic with ripe red apple and notes of green apple and pear, with violet and white flower notes, dried herbs, and an attractive, slightly peppery note. Medium-bodied and dry with a very attractive mix of ripe red and green apple, red berry fruit, and melon on entry and subtle chamomile and floral notes appearing on the midpalate. The clean finish features fresh fruit, floral/herbal notes, and a mineral texture.An extremely versatile and refreshing wine that is great year-round on its own or paired with just about any type of food.
