This cuvée is a tribute to our grandmother, Marie-Antoinette VINCENT, as most grapes are sourced from family holdings. This wine is partially vinified in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to make a delicious, well-balanced Pouilly-Fuissé. This minerality of this wine will make it the perfect match for wonderfully noble fish and white meat.
