The Isaras Weiss IGT 2024 from the Eisacktal winery is a remarkable white wine that is a cuvée from the typical grape varieties of the Eisack Valley: Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner and Kerner. This combination gives the wine its particular freshness and aroma. The color is bright, clear straw yellow. The scent develops intense aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and a hint of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with fine minerality and harmonious acidity, which gives it an elegant structure.

The Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner and Kerner grape varieties are typical of the Eisack Valley and are grown on sunny terraces at altitudes of 500 to 700 meters above sea level. These high altitudes and mineral-rich soils contribute to the wine’s particular freshness and aroma.
