The dense, dark purple hue of the Inkarri Malbec stains the glass. It smells like deep blackberry, black cherry, blueberry, plum, green herbs, dry spices, and a hint of smoke. It is incredibly well balanced for such a strong appearing and smelling wine, with layers of black berry flavors, spice, and a lengthy dry finish. Naturally, this Malbec begs to be paired with grilled or smoked meats with chimichurri, roasted veggies, or Peruvian Seco de Carne.
Pairs well with juicy steaks, braised short ribs, spicy beef or pork stir fry, brats and sausages, or vegetarian stuffed portobello mushrooms.
