- Produced from 100% sugarcane juice fermented 5 days using specialized yeast strains
- Double distilled in a French alembic pot still
- Aged 11 years; tropically aged for 4 years in ex-Cognac casks; aged in Liverpool, UK, for 5 years and then 2 years in New York State in ex-rum casks
- A floral nose precedes an herbaceous, peppery palate of vanilla custard and oak with a medium-length finish
- No sugar, coloring, or other additives
- Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59% ABV
