Sensory :
The 2024 vintage opens with vibrant aromas of lemon zest, orchard apple, and subtle white peach layered over delicate notes of wet stone and toasted almond. Fruit from Potter Valley provides bright acidity and lift, while old vines from Redwood Valley add depth and texture. The small contribution from Brosseau’s granite and limestone soils lends a mineral edge, and the inclusion of Aligoté enhances freshness and structure. On the palate, it is energetic yet balanced, with crisp citrus and green apple flowing into a lightly creamy mid-palate shaped by sur lie aging. The finish is clean and precise, reflecting the cool-climate influence and restrained alcohol that define this refreshing Sonoma expression.
