Boillot’s 2021 Bourgogne Pinot Noir is bright and nicely lifted, with lovely red berry fruit character and attractive floral notes that contribute to its airy personality. Bright acids on the finish are a reminded this is the 2021 vintage. Even so, I very much like the energy here.
