• Ripe, highly aromatic raspberries are harvested in August and September and fermented in stainless steel for 5 days at precisely 16.5 °C (just under 62 °F)
• Distilled twice in a Christian Carl copper pot still
• Rested for a minimum of 3 years in stainless steel
• A complex and intriguing expression of raspberry, with subtle hints of sour cherry, strawberry, lemon zest, and almond; the finish is faintly floral, with notes of raspberry leaf, violet, and honeysuckle
• 41.5% ABV

It takes 33 kg (nearly 73 lbs) of ripe raspberries to produce a single liter of Hans Reisetbauer Raspberry Eau-de-Vie. With this exquisite eau-de-vie, Hans has masterfully captured a raspberry’s tart, red-fruit character along with the slight bitterness of its citrusy, green seeds.
