A 100% New York State Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced from local grains, this masterfully-crafted bourbon is made from a proprietary four-grain mash bill of 65% corn, and 35% oats, rye, and barley. This small batch bourbon ages in new charred oak barrels and is overflowing with copious notes of “band-aid” on the nose and starts with an abundance of clove and allspice on the front end, finishing gently with hints of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this Distinguished Bourbon stands out among even the finest whiskeys in the world. It is a remarkably soft and delicate bourbon.
