The Greco di Tufo DOCG Alèxandros 2023 from Colli di Lapio is an exceptional white wine that captures the essence of the Greco grape. This wine glows in bright straw yellow and offers intense aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and white peaches on the nose, complemented by subtle mineral notes and a hint of roasted almonds. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with well-balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Made from 100% Greco, an ancient grape variety that originated in Greece and grows particularly well in the Campania region, this wine is known for its aromatic depth and mineral freshness. The vines grow on volcanic clay soils at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, which contributes to the wine’s distinctive minerality and freshness.

A distinctive feature of this wine is its production method. The Greco di Tufo Alèxandros is fermented in stainless steel tanks and matures for four months before being bottled. This preserves the freshness and natural aromas of the grapes. The high altitudes and the Mediterranean climate, which is alleviated by the proximity to the Adriatic Sea, are typical of this wine and the wine-growing zone. These conditions promote optimal ripening of the grapes and give the wine its characteristic liveliness and minerality.
