The Unterthurner Grappa Gewürztraminer 42° is a single-varietal pomace brandy made from high-quality Gewürztraminer pomace sourced from the Burggräfler Winery in Merano. After distillation, the grappa ages for approximately 18 months in stainless steel barrels or glass containers, allowing its characteristic aromas to develop. In the glass, it presents a clear, brilliant white. The nose reveals intense floral notes of rose and clove, complemented by fruity hints of lychee. On the palate, it is soft and balanced with a pleasant spiciness, leading to a long, harmonious finish. This grappa is excellent as a digestif or paired with fine desserts.
