A bitter, spicy twang lingers, forcing the mouth to water as the 2021 finishes with a tannic bite and savory herbal flourish.

Nevermore opens with a sweet floral note similar to sweet pea flowers and lavender. Then a wall of raspberry and strawberry fruit scents hit like a rogue wave. Black-and-blueberry and dark chocolate flavors are joined by cedar and a touch of grilled meat. Plush tannins and soft acidity are well-matched.
