The Franciacorta Rosé DOCG Cuvée Prestige from Ca’ Del Bosco is an exquisite sparkling wine that impresses with its delicate color, seductive scent and complex taste. The color of this wine is an elegant salmon pink with fine and persistent perlage. Its bouquet reveals delicate aromas of red berries, rose petals and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively with a harmonious balance of fruit and acidity and an elegant, mineral finish
.
This rosé is made from 80% Pinot Nero and 20% Chardonnay, with the Pinot Nero grapes undergoing a short maceration to develop the characteristic color and flavor. Chardonnay brings elegance and structure to the cuvée, while Pinot Nero is responsible for the fruitiness
and complexity.
Typical of this wine is its production using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, which is also used in the production of champagne. The aging process involves 30 months of storage on the yeast, resulting in remarkable depth and finesse. An interesting fact for wine lovers: Ca’ Del Bosco uses innovative production technology in which the grapes are washed and dried in a special “berry spa” to ensure absolute purity.
