The Franciacorta DOCG Vintage Collection Satén 2020 by Ca’ Del Bosco is an exceptional sparkling wine that impresses with its particularly silky and creamy texture. The wine is elegant, light straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it develops a seductive bouquet of white peaches, citrus fruits and floral notes, complemented by subtle hints of honey and fresh almonds. On the palate, it is creamy and harmonious, with a delicate acidity and a long, elegant finish.

This Satén is made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Bianco. Chardonnay gives the wine its fine fruit aromas and elegance, while Pinot Bianco provides additional finesse and freshness. The grapes come from 14 certified organic vineyards and are carefully selected and carefully processed.

Typical of the Franciacorta region is the complex production process according to the Metodo Classico, in which the wine ages on the lees for at least 48 months. This gives Satén its complexity and depth. The 2020 vintage was particularly favourable, resulting in excellent balance and aromatic intensity.

The term “Satén” refers to a Franciacorta that is made exclusively from white grapes and has a lower bottle pressure, which makes it particularly soft and creamy. This style is unique in Franciacorta and offers a particularly luxurious drinking experience.
