• American dry gin produced by Fort Hamilton Distillery in Brooklyn, New York
• Distilled from 100% New York-grown corn neutral spirit sourced from Upstate New York in a Vendome hybrid copper pot still
• 11 botanicals including juniper, watermelon, cucumber, coriander, cinnamon, star anise, angelica root, Florentine iris, and zests from oranges, lemons, and limes
• Juniper cracked and macerated in neutral spirit for 24 hours; distilled in pot with coriander, cinnamon, star anise, angelica root, and Florentine iris
• Citrus fruit is vapor distilled via gin basket in the second run
• Watermelon and cucumber are vapor distilled via gin basket in the third run
• Individual components precisely blended and rested 2 weeks before bottling
• Cucumber leads on the nose along with spicy juniper, watermelon rind, Mandarin orange, and freshly picked mint. The palate is full and rounded with ripe watermelon, grapefruit, cucumber, green cardamom, and white pepper. Notes of lime zest and watermelon rind linger on the finish.
