  • Double distilled in a 350-gallon Holstein copper pot still
  • Aged for a minimum of 4 years in heavy char, ex–McKenzie bourbon and rye barrels
  • Expect notes of freshly baked bread, green apple, honey, and chamomile with a rich, silky texture
